• Minimum 3 night stay

• Check in is at 3:00 pm & check out is at 11:00 am

• Summer season: May - September

• Winter season: October - April

• 10% discount during the winter season

Cancellation Policy:

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  This is non-refundable during the summer season.  The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.  During the winter season cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, a
fee of $25.00 will be charged.
