Location
Driving from St. John’s:
Blackhead is located 90 minutes from St. John’s. Drive
west on the
Trans Canada Highway (route 1). Exit on route 70/75, Baccalieu
Trail. (route 75 runs into route 70).
Drive through the communities of Carbonear and
Victoria. In Victoria
turn right immediately after you pass the Irving
Station. Drive
through the communities of Salmon Cove, Kingston, Smallpoint,
Broadcove and Blackhead. Joans Convience and Butt’s Trucking is
on
the right as you enter Blackhead. Turn right on Wharf Loop Road after
you pass Joan’s. Eagles Nest is on the point, enjoy.
